Located in a beautiful location, the hotel offers access to the picturesque village of Konigswinter and stunning views from the rooms, while still maintaining the palace's historic charm. The surrounding nature was beautiful and worth exploring. the rooms were spacious and decorated with unique items. the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was located in a terrible location and public transport was non-existent. the roads surrounding the hotel were noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.

We spent Christmas at this hotel. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and well done. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. the hotel’s proximity to the city center and train station made it easy to get around.
The rooms were not very clean, and the bedding was old and uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was also very limited and not very appetizing.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was unexpectedly well-appointed with interesting features. Parking spots were easy to find with only a few guests during our entire 3-day stay. The romantic dinner prepared for us greatly exceeded our expectations and the bill was shockingly low. The staff, including the owners, greeted us with warm hospitality and even took photos for us, making our experience all the more memorable.
